If you cannot afford to have your truck down, and you have verified your ficm has low voltage, you can buy a brand new board direct from me and install yourself.  It will take about 1.5 hours from start to finish.  This option is only available for the 4 screw ficms.  2003 trucks have 7 screw ficms and this will not work.  Cost is $399 and if you return your core you will be refunded $100.  If you have any questions about this option give us a call @ 682-365-3236.
