USAFicm gives a lifetime warranty on low voltage problems.  Any specific cylinder missfires caused by the FICM are not covered by the warranty and this issue is not repairable.  Also melted pins due to faulty wiring harness or excessive heat are not covered.  Before any warranty work can be accepted, the voltage output of the FICM must be tested to verify it is below 45 volts.  USAFicm gives a 1 year parts and labor warranty on our work and a lifetime warranty on labor.  USAFicm is not responsible for rentals, labor to remove or install the ficm, shipping or any othe incurred charges.

We do not give refunds on electrical parts.  If you misdiagnose your truck and have another problem or truck doesn't start there will be no refund.  Every module is tested on our shop truck and tested.  If the ficm is not repairable you will be charged return shipping and a bench fee and the rest will be refunded.
